About Joe
I got into this because I love people. The homes are just how I help them.
15 years. 500+ families. $2 billion in sales. But honestly, none of that is what gets me out of bed in the morning.
My story
I didn't set out to sell real estate.
I was born and raised in New York, and moved to Las Vegas 20 years ago. I grew up watching my parents stress over every home decision they ever made — not because they weren't smart, but because they didn't have anyone in their corner who actually knew the market and actually cared about them. That stuck with me.
When I became a Realtor, I made a decision: I was going to be the person I wished my parents had. Not a salesperson. Not a closer. A trusted advisor who tells you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear.
Fifteen years later, that's still the whole job. I listen more than I talk. I ask questions most agents skip. And I don't stop until the fit is right — for you, not for my commission.
How I work
The matchmaker approach.
Real estate is a relationship business — or it should be. I take on a limited number of clients at a time so I can give each one my full attention. That means returning your calls personally, knowing your wish list by heart, and being honest with you when a property isn't right — even if it's one I'm representing.
I listen first.
Before I show you a single property, I want to understand what you're really looking for — not just the specs, but the life you're trying to build.
I tell you the truth.
If a home has a problem, I'll tell you. If the price is wrong, I'll tell you. You deserve an advisor, not a yes-man.
I take my time.
I'd rather spend six months finding you the right home than six weeks finding you a home you'll regret. The right match is worth waiting for.
I stay in your corner.
My relationship with clients doesn't end at closing. I'm still the person you call when you have a question, need a referral, or just want a second opinion.
Want to know if we're a good fit?
The best way to find out is a quick conversation. No commitment, no pressure — just a chance to get to know each other and see if I can help.
